Demise, 1614, Oct. 13. 12 James I.

Demise by William Heyhoo of Watton in the county of Norfolk, yeoman, to John Olly the Elder of the same, yeoman, and John Olly the Younger, his son and heir, of 2 pieces of land containing around 6 acres and lying in the fields of Watton; the first piece containing 5 acres, bounded by the land of Edward Barkham, citizen and alderman of London, to the north, the king's highway to the south, abutting on the lands of the grantor to the west and lying in a furlong called Wood furlong; the second piece containing one acre, lying in a furlong called Annowe furlong between the land of George Fyckett to the south, the land of the late William Jarvys to the north and abutting on the close late of the said William Jarvys and somtime [of] Richard Bawdron to the west, and now or late reputed or taken as part of the manor of Rockells in Watton aforesaid, for 1000 years; rent: a peppercorn; warranty against Anthony Grewe of Clifford's Inn, London, gentleman, and Margaret Grewe his mother. Given on the last day of October, 12 James I, 1614.
